SECTION 28-20-6

   § 28-20-6  Appropriations. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate any sums that are necessary tocarry out the provisions of this chapter. The state controller is authorizedand directed to draw his or her orders on the general treasurer for the paymentof the sums so appropriated or so much of it that may be required, upon receiptby him or her of proper vouchers approved by the chief of the division ofoccupational safety and by the director.
