SECTION 28-20-8

   § 28-20-8  Employer's duties. – (a) Each employer shall furnish to each of his or her employees a place ofemployment which is free from recognized safety and health hazards that arecausing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to the employees.

   (b) Each employer shall comply with occupational safety andhealth codes promulgated under this chapter.
