SECTION 28-21-12

   § 28-21-12  Physician treating employee– Accessibility to designated substances list. – Any physician who is treating an employee and who believes that the employeehas a health problem which may be the result of occupational exposure to adesignated substance or substances shall have all rights of access toinformation afforded to any employee under this chapter, except that theinformation shall be provided to the physician upon his or her request andwithout regard to any time periods otherwise specified in this chapter.
