   § 28-21-14  Duties of the department oflabor and training. – The director of labor and training is authorized to provide assistance toemployers, employee organizations, and employees in the development and conductof training programs for employees and local public safety personnel, and mayprovide assistance and consultation to the employer where possible in thecompletion of material safety data sheets for designated substances and/ormixtures.
