SECTION 28-21-20

   § 28-21-20  Severability. – If any provisions or part thereof of this chapter, or its application to anyperson or circumstances, is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, theremaining provisions of this chapter and the application of those provisions toother persons or circumstances, other than those to which it is held invalid,shall not be affected by that invalidity.
