SECTION 28-21-4

   § 28-21-4  Updating of information byemployer. – The chemical and common names of all designated substances introduced into theworkplace subsequent to the original listing shall be appended to the chemicalidentification lists prior to introduction of the substance into the workplace.The original listing and appendages shall be annually revised and alphabetized.
