SECTION 28-21-7

   § 28-21-7  Falsification of information.– If any employer or any of its officers or employees fails to comply with any ofthe provisions of this chapter by knowingly and intentionally misrepresenting,falsifying, concealing, destroying, or failing to retain the informationnecessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter, they shall bepersonally liable to any employee injured as a result of the non-compliance,whether or not the employer is a corporation to the extent that the liabilitymay be imposed under the laws of the state of Rhode Island. The dissolution ofa corporation shall not discharge an officer's or employee's liability for theconduct.
