§ 28-22-1 - Division established.
SECTION 28-22-1
§ 28-22-1 Division established. – Within the department of labor and training there shall be a division ofprofessional regulation, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 4 oftitle 36. The division shall act as the administrative agent for the examiningboards established by this title and perform such other functions as assignedby this title.
