SECTION 28-25-20

   § 28-25-20  Reports to general assembly andgovernor. – The administrator of the division of occupational safety shall make a report tothe general assembly in January, biennially, in the even years, setting forththe number of boilers inspected by the division and the number of boilersreported to the division and exempted from inspection under the provisions ofthis chapter, so far as the administrator shall be able to determine thenumber, and also making any recommendations that he or she shall see fit, forthe promotion of public safety. He or she may, in his or her discretion, makemore frequent reports to the general assembly and may be required by thegovernor to make reports to him or her at any time as to any matters pertainingto the duties of the division.
