§ 28-25-3 - Chief inspector.
SECTION 28-25-3
§ 28-25-3 Chief inspector. – The director shall appoint a chief inspector who shall be a citizen of thisstate to coordinate, administer, and implement the provisions of this chapter.This existing position shall be responsible to and report to the administratorof the division of occupational safety. The appointee will be in the classifiedservice of the state.
