   § 28-25-5  Administration and enforcement.– The administrator of the division of occupational safety shall administer andenforce all provisions of this chapter, in accordance with chapter 20 of thistitle. Duly authorized inspectors shall inspect all boilers and pressurevessels within this state, except those that are specifically exempted under§ 28-25-18. The administrator shall have in his or her office, andavailable during business hours for public inspection, a copy of the codes andfee schedule.
