SECTION 28-25-7

   § 28-25-7  Access to boilers and pressurevessels – Time of inspection. – The owner of any boiler or pressure vessel, whether or not subject toinspection under the provisions of this chapter, shall allow the inspector freeaccess to it at all reasonable times. The owner of any boiler or pressurevessel subject to inspection shall have the boiler or pressure vessel ready forinspection at such time as shall be fixed by the inspector upon being given notless than two (2) weeks written notice of the day fixed. In fixing the day, theinspector shall comply with the convenience and business requirements of theowner as far as he or she reasonably can. The chief or the inspector may, inhis or her discretion, make any inspection on Sunday.
