SECTION 28-26-15

   § 28-26-15  Appropriation anddisbursements. – For the purpose of carrying this chapter into effect, the sum of five thousanddollars ($5,000) is annually appropriated out of any money in the treasury nototherwise appropriated to be expended for the payment of an investigator,secretary, and clerical assistants, and for other necessary expenses incurredby the hoisting engineers' licensing section in the performance of its duties.The state controller is authorized and directed to draw his or her orders onthe general treasurer for payment of the sums so appropriated, or so much ofthem as may from time to time be required, upon receipt by him or her of propervouchers approved by the director of labor and training.
