§ 28-26-2 - Licensing section.
SECTION 28-26-2
§ 28-26-2 Licensing section. – (a) The present board of examiners shall constitute a section within thedepartment of labor and training to be known as "hoisting engineers' licensingsection."
(b) Chief –The director of the department of labor andtraining shall appoint a resident of this state who has fifteen (15) yearspractical experience as a hoisting engineer and has possessed a full licensefor fifteen (15) years, to the position of chief investigator of the hoistingengineers' licensing section within the division of professional regulations.
