§ 28-27-16 - Reexamination of applicants.
SECTION 28-27-16
§ 28-27-16 Reexamination of applicants.– Any applicant who has failed an examination shall be permitted to takesubsequent examinations at any of the three (3) examinations scheduled duringthe year as set forth in § 28-27-14. Every retest shall require payment ofa separate test fee.
