SECTION 28-27-17

   § 28-27-17  Test fees – License fees– Expiration and renewal of licenses. – (a) All licenses issued to the pipefitters/refrigeration technicians and fireprotection sprinkler contractor/sprinkler fitters and sheet metal contractor orjourneyperson sheet metal worker detailed in this section shall be paid for asfollows:

   (b) Apprenticeship renewal fees shall be paid on an annualbasis.

   (c) Every license issued by the division of professionalregulation to license holders born in odd years shall expire on the birthday ofthe individual qualifying for the license in odd years and all licenses issuedby the division of professional regulation to license holders born in evenyears shall expire on the birthday of the individual qualifying for the licensein even years and all licenses may be renewed on or before their expirationdate, upon payment of the appropriate fee. If any credit is due in the initialchangeover year the amount of credit is determined by the chief administratorof the division.
