SECTION 28-27-17.2

   § 28-27-17.2  Certificates expiring whilelicensee is in federal service. – Any pipefitter, refrigeration, sprinkler fitter or sheet metal worker licenseexpiring while the holder thereof is in the military, naval, or air service ofthe United States shall be renewed without further examination, upon payment ofthe prescribed fee, at any time within four (4) months after that person'sdischarge from the service.
