SECTION 28-27-22.1
§ 28-27-22.1 Subpoena of a witness. –The department shall have the power to subpoena and bring before it or theboard of examiners any witnesses to the testimony either orally or bydeposition, or both, with the same fees and mileage and in the same manner asprescribed by law in the judicial procedure in civil cases in the superiorcourt of the state.
