SECTION 28-27-22.2

   § 28-27-22.2  Subpoena powers. – Prior to or during a hearing the director and division chief shall have thepower to administer oaths and examine witnesses under oath, issue subpoenas,subpoenas duces tecum, compel the attendance of witnesses, and the productionof papers, books, accounts, records, payrolls, documents, and testimony and totake depositions and affidavits in any proceeding before the director.
