   § 28-27-25  Judicial review of proceedings.– The superior court of the county where the licensee and/or violator so chargedresided shall have the power to review the entire proceedings of any hearinghad before the director and to review any order dismissing a complaint orrevocation of a license and all questions of law presented by the recordprovided an appeal is filed pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42.
