SECTION 28-27-25.1

   § 28-27-25.1  Judicial enforcement. –The district court shall have jurisdiction to enforce compliance with theprovisions of this chapter upon petition being filed by the director of laborand training or his or her designee and notice being given to the person orpersons charged with a violation of the provisions of this chapter, and it mayissue any process of injunction, mandamus, or otherwise that in the opinion ofthe court is necessary to enforce compliance with the provisions of thischapter, but no ex parte restraining order shall be issued unless upon showingsatisfactory to the court that danger to life or property is imminent, and inthat case citation to the defendant shall be returnable not more than five (5)days after the ex parte restraining order is entered.
