§ 28-27-3 - Disposition of fees – Annual report.
SECTION 28-27-3
§ 28-27-3 Disposition of fees –Annual report. – (a) Annually, after June 30th of each year, the division's state licensed chiefadministrator will compile a detailed statement of all income and expenses ofthe division. Any proceeds from the licensing fees and any other incomeguaranteed pursuant to this section shall be deposited as general revenues.
(b) Members of the board shall not be compensated for theirservice on the board.
