SECTION 28-27-30.1
§ 28-27-30.1 Severability. – If any provision or part of this chapter, or its application to any person orcircumstances, is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remainingprovisions of this chapter and the application of the provisions to otherpersons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shallnot be affected by that invalidity.
