   § 28-27-33  Investigator's devotion toduties – Assignment of investigators. – Investigators shall devote their entire scheduled work time and attention tothe duties of their respective offices. The administrator of the division ofprofessional regulation shall assign investigators to the duties to beperformed. No employee of the division shall do or accept employment withanother employer which is in conflict with his or her official duties.
