SECTION 28-27-34

   § 28-27-34  "Division" and "chiefadministrator" defined. – (a) "Division" means the division of professional regulation within thedepartment of labor and training as established by § 28-22-1, in which allbureaus, boards, and commissions will serve and act in an advisory capacity tothe director of labor and training in their area of expertise within thedivision of professional regulation. The division administers chapters 26 and27 of this title and chapter 6 of title 5.

   (b) "Chief administrator" means the person appointed by thedirector of labor and training under § 28-22-1 to act as his or herliaison with all bureaus, boards, and commissions encompassed by this chapter.
