SECTION 28-27-4

   § 28-27-4  "Master pipefitting contractor,""master refrigeration contractor," "master sheet metal contractor" and "masterfire protection sprinkler contractor" defined. – (a) "Fire protection sprinkler contractor" means a person having a regularplace of business and who, by himself or herself or a journeyperson sprinklerfitter in his or her employ, performs fire protection sprinkler systems work.

   (b) "Master pipefitting contractor" means a person having aregular place of business and who, by him or herself, or a journeypersonpipefitter in his or her employ, performs pipefitting work subject to theprovisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations and licensing criteriapromulgated under this chapter.

   (c) "Master refrigeration contractor" means a person having aregular place of business and who, by him or herself or a journeypersonrefrigeration technician in his or her employ, performs refrigeration/airconditioning work.

   (d) "Master sheet metal contractor" means a person having aregular place of business and who, by him or herself or a journeyperson sheetmetal worker in his or her employ, performs sheet metal work.
