SECTION 28-27-4.1

   § 28-27-4.1  "Journeyperson refrigerationtechnician" defined. – "Journeyperson refrigeration technician" means any person who has completed afive (5) year apprentice program and/or has passed a refrigeration technicianexamination and who by him or herself does work in refrigeration/airconditioning subject to provisions of this chapter and the rules, regulations,and licensing criteria promulgated hereunder.
