SECTION 28-27-4.4

   § 28-27-4.4  "Master mechanical contractor"defined – License fee. – (a) "Master mechanical contractor" means any person who has worked as acontractor and has been associated in both trades of pipefitting andrefrigeration for at least ten (10) years as a Rhode Island Licensed PipefitterMaster I and at least ten (10) years as a Rhode Island Licensed RefrigerationMaster I, and who shall be designated as a master mechanical contractor subjectto provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations and licensingcriteria promulgated hereunder.

   (b) The license fee for a master mechanical contractor is twohundred forty dollars ($240).
