SECTION 28-29-1.3
§ 28-29-1.3 Jurisdiction of Workers'Compensation Act. – The provisions of chapters 29 – 38 of this title shall apply to any andall employees, as defined in § 28-29-2(4), who are injured or hired in thestate of Rhode Island.
