SECTION 28-29-10

   § 28-29-10  Certificate of compliance withcorporation laws required. – Every employer subject to or who elects to become subject to the provisions ofchapters 29 – 38 of this title that is a corporation shall obtain and fileor cause to be obtained and filed with the director a certificate from thesecretary of state to the effect that the corporation has in all respectscomplied with the provisions of chapters 1 – 6 of title 7.
