§ 28-29-11 - Annual certificate of compliance.
SECTION 28-29-11
§ 28-29-11 Annual certificate ofcompliance. – All corporations that are or may become employers subject to the provisions ofchapters 29 – 38 of this title shall annually in the month of June obtainand file or cause to be obtained and filed with the director a certificate fromthe secretary of state to the effect that the corporation has in all respectscomplied with the provisions of chapters 1 – 6 of title 7.
