SECTION 28-29-16

   § 28-29-16  Certificate of coverage byanother state. – A certificate from the duly authorized officer of the workers' compensationcommission or similar department of another state certifying that the employerfrom that other state is insured in that state and has providedextraterritorial coverage insuring his or her employees while working withinthis state shall be prima facie evidence that the employer carries thecompensation insurance.
