SECTION 28-29-6.2

   § 28-29-6.2  Employers' mandatorydisclosure. – All employers doing business in the state of Rhode Island shall disclose to allprospective employees at the time of application for employment either that theemployer is subject to chapters 29 – 38 of this title or is exempt fromchapters 29 – 38 of this title. The employer shall also disclose thespecific type of exemption. The disclosures required under this section areincluded on the first page of any written employment application. If theemployer does not have a written employment application, the disclosure shallbe in writing.
