SECTION 28-3-18

   § 28-3-18  Enforcement of provisions –Prosecution of violations. – The division of labor standards has full power to enforce §§ 28-3-1– 28-3-20, and has all the powers of the division of compliance inspectioninsofar as those powers relate to and affect women and children. All actions,suits, complaints, and prosecutions for the violation of any of the provisionsof these sections shall be brought by and in the name of the director of laborand training or the chief of the division of labor standards in the departmentof labor and training; or by and in the name of any duly authorizedrepresentative of the director of labor and training.
