SECTION 28-3-4

   § 28-3-4  Return of permit on terminationof employment. – The permit shall, within five (5) days after termination of the employment ofthe child, be returned by the employer to the school committee which issued it,or to any person that the committee shall designate, and shall be kept on fileuntil the official authorized to issue the certificate has received a writtenstatement that the child will be employed in accordance with the provisions oflaw and that upon the termination of that employment, that permit will bedisposed of.
