SECTION 28-3-5

   § 28-3-5  Proof of age for employmentcertificate. – If it appears to the satisfaction of the school committee, or person authorizedto give the certificate, that neither the birth certificate, baptismalcertificate, nor passport of the child can be produced, the age and employmentcertificate may be granted on other evidence satisfactory to the department ofelementary and secondary education.
