SECTION 28-30-11

   § 28-30-11  Representation of partiesbefore court. – An employee who is a party to any proceeding before the workers' compensationcourt may appear before the court on his or her own behalf. An employer who isa party to any proceeding before the workers' compensation court may appearbefore the court on his or her own behalf, or may be represented as provided in§ 28-35-63.
