SECTION 28-30-20

   § 28-30-20  Calculation of retirementbenefits. – For purposes of the calculation of retirement benefits, in the event that anyjudge of the workers' compensation court who participates or acquiesces in astate shutdown or in a reduced salary or a salary deferral plan consistent withany plan imposed upon or agreed to by other state employees, his or her annualsalary shall be calculated as if he or she had not participated or acquiescedin any shutdown or plan.
