SECTION 28-30-5.1

   § 28-30-5.1  Vacancy in office of deputyadministrator. – In the event that a vacancy occurs in the office of the deputy administrator,the administrator, with the approval of a majority of the judges, shall appointa duly qualified person to act as deputy administrator under the provisions ofthis chapter to fill the vacancy for the balance of the unexpired term;provided, further, that the person so appointed shall continue to fill thevacancy until his or her successor is duly appointed and qualified.
