SECTION 28-30-8

   § 28-30-8  Declaration of vacancy inoffice. – Whenever a workers' compensation judge or the administrator neglects, is unableto serve, or becomes disqualified to serve because of malfeasance in office orotherwise, the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, may after ahearing declare vacant the office of the judge or administrator.
