SECTION 28-31-10
§ 28-31-10 Computation of earnings ofguard members. – In ascertaining the average weekly wages, earnings or salary of an injuredmember of the national guard or the Rhode Island state guard, § 28-33-20will be followed and for the purpose of that ascertainment, it will be assumedthat the injury occurred in the civilian employment of the injured member ofthe national guard and Rhode Island state guard.
