SECTION 28-31-13

   § 28-31-13  Computation of wages ofdisaster response worker. – If the hourly wages cannot be ascertained, or if no pay has been designated forthe required work, the wage for the purpose of calculating compensation under§ 28-31-12 shall be taken to be a sum sufficient to guarantee the minimumpayments under chapters 29 – 38 of this title.
