SECTION 28-31-2

   § 28-31-2  Notices given to state ormunicipality as employer. – All notices required to be given by an employee to an employer under theprovisions of §§ 28-29-17 – 28-29-19 and of §§28-33-30 – 28-33-32, and all other notices required to be given to anemployer by an employee under chapters 29 – 38 of this title, if theemployer is the state, shall be given to the department of administration, andif the employer is a city or town shall be filed with and given to thetreasurer of that city or town.
