SECTION 28-32-2

   § 28-32-2  Penalty for failure to report.– (a) Any employer who refuses or neglects to make the reports required by theprovisions of § 28-32-1 may be assessed a penalty of two hundred fiftydollars ($250) by the director for each refusal or neglect to make a report.

   (b) The district court for the county of Providence workers'compensation court shall have jurisdiction to enforce compliance with any orderof the director made pursuant to this section. The director, in his or herdiscretion, may bring a civil action to collect all penalties assessed.

   (c) All penalties collected pursuant to this section shall bedeposited in the general fund.
