SECTION 28-34-11

   § 28-34-11  Rights as to diseases notcovered by chapter. – Nothing in this chapter shall affect the rights of an employee, or his or herdependents, to recover compensation in respect to a disease to which thischapter does not apply, if the disease, apart from this chapter, is one forwhich compensation is payable under the other provisions of chapters 29 –38 of this title.
