SECTION 28-35-14

   § 28-35-14  Copies of petition torespondents. – Upon filing with the administrator of any petition in writing, stating thegeneral nature of any claim as to which any dispute or controversy may havearisen, the administrator shall mail a copy of the petition to the respondentor respondents named in it. Service by mail to an employee is adequate ifmailed postage prepaid to the address to which compensation benefits are mailed.
