SECTION 28-35-2

   § 28-35-2  Scope of memorandum of agreementwith dependents of deceased employee. – When death has resulted from the injury and the dependents of the deceasedemployee entitled to compensation are, or the apportionment of compensationamong them is, in dispute, the memorandum of agreement may relate only to theamount of compensation and to the persons to whom that compensation is payable.
