SECTION 28-35-37

   § 28-35-37  Delay of process for executionof decree. – No process for the execution of any decree of the workers' compensation courtfrom which an appeal may be taken shall issue until the expiration of theappeal period, unless all parties against whom the decree is made, waive anappeal by a writing filed with the administrator or by causing an entry thereofto be made on the docket.
