SECTION 28-35-40

   § 28-35-40  Mailing of weekly compensation.– Whenever the employee is entitled to weekly compensation under chapters 29– 38 of this title, the employer, and/or insurance carrier, until furtherorder of the workers' compensation court, shall cause to be mailed first classmail to the employee, addressed to his or her last known residence, each weekthe amount of compensation payable to the employee as it may be due.
