   § 28-35-51  Review of discontinuance,suspension, or reduction – Disputed cases. – Upon receipt of notice of intention to discontinue, suspend, or reducecompensation payments, the court shall notify the employee that he or she has aright to dispute the claim of the employer or insurance carrier and assign thematter for a mandatory pre-trial conference on the date set forth in the noticepursuant to § 28-35-20.
